For the 2017 event, we have kindly had a field donated that allows us to offer camping facilities.
The field is directly across from the Top Pub (Horse & Groom), where we kick off the day with scrutineering and Dennis Skinner opening the event.
When driving to the village look out for the sign, you won't miss it!
We are charging £5 per night per tent. Caravans are also welcome. Please look out for a marshal on the day to pay. All proceeds will go directly to the charities, and if you fancy donating a little more then please do!
The rules we ask you to adhere to are:
1) No Fires - please keep your neighbours safe.
2) Noise levels - please keep these to a minimum after the evening event has finished.
3) Respect the site, please keep the field clean and tidy when you leave. We don't have the helpers needed to clean up afterwards!
There is no water or electric supply, but we will be having a portaloo installed in the field.
You are more than welcome to arrive for Friday night, this will help you see all the action on the day. If you are arriving on Saturday, we ask that you arrive before 10am or after 4pm.. so as you can setup in between the racing (Rotherham Road is very busy 10-12am on race day)
The gate will be locked on Friday, so please contact Alex Raben on 07740 280637 to gain access once you arrive. The organising team will be at the Top Pub from 7pm.
Please note the site is supplied on a first come, first served basis - so ensure you arrive early to avoid disappointment...
